- CinéSemaine does not guarantee uninterrupted and secure access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

- You agree not to copy, redistribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from CinéSemaine.

- All texts, images, posters, code, design, logos and graphic elements are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
- Third-party content (posters, images) is used for illustrative purposes and can be removed upon request.
5. User accounts
Creating an account is optional and allows :
- Easy tracking of requests and forms
- Centralized history of your interactions with the site
- Securing your personal information
Rules :
- An account is only active if the email is validated.
- Unverified accounts are automatically deleted.
- Each account must be associated with a unique username and email address.
- Creating multiple accounts with the same information is prohibited.

These features respect confidentiality: no personal data is transmitted to third parties without consent.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Security and Privacy
Data collected via forms is stored on Firebase with access limited to the administrator. Favorites, notes, and history remain on the user's device. View and favorite counters are anonymous.
10. Right to erasure
The user cannot directly delete data transmitted via Firebase. Deletion requests are processed manually to ensure data security and integrity. The information required to request deletion is [information missing]. :

11. Access to request tracking
The "Request Tracking" feature allows a user to view the processing status of a request made via the site's forms.
- Access to this service requires
- the unique identifier of the application
- the email address used during submission.
This information is strictly personal and must not be disclosed to third parties.
11.1 Utilisation abusive
Any attempt at unauthorized access, fraudulent use, or repeated testing of the consultation system may result in :
- a temporary blockage of access to the service
- recording attempts in security logs.
The site may limit the number of access attempts in order to protect user data.
11.2 User responsibility
The user is responsible for safeguarding their unique identifier.
If you suspect unauthorized use of this identifier, it is recommended that you contact the site administration promptly.
